E. A. Hawse Health Center provides School Based Health Services to all students and Hardy County Board of Education employees. Leigh Ann Walters, PA-C, a licensed medical provider will see your child at East Hardy Early Middle School from 8AM-10AM, Monday- Friday.  Your child or school employee can be seen for chronic or acute problems.  Acute problems may be sore throat, cough, ear pain, sprain, etc.  Chronic problems might be high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, high cholesterol, etc.  Well Child Checks and Sports Physicals may also be completed in the School Based Health Clinic.  Please be sure to have a signed registration and consent form signed for the current school year on file. Please send a note to school with your child if you wish to have them seen.
