About The School
Our Motto: The Main Thing is to keep the Main Thing the Main Thing.
MES provides education to grades Pre-K through 2nd grade. Our current enrollment is 395 students.
We have 4 classrooms for PreK students, 6 classrooms in Kindergarten, 4.5 classrooms in 1st and 4.5 classrooms in 2nd grade.

MES DAILY SCHEDULE: (for 2023-2024)
7:30 Staff arrive
8:00 Arrival of first bus. Doors open to public. All students report directly to their homeroom to eat breakfast.
8:20 Instructional day begins.
11:00 Kindergarten Lunch
11:40 First grade Lunch
12:20 Second grade Lunch
11:50 Pre-school (Taylor/Mongold) Lunch
12:35 Pre-school (McGregor/Funk) Lunch
12:20 Kindergarten has specials/enrichment.
1:05 1st grade has specials/enrichment.
1:50 2nd grade has specials/enrichment.
2:40 Car riders report to the gym to be dismissed. Early bus riders are dismissed from lower (north) doors.
3:05 Teachers escort students to the buses.
3:30 Staff dismissed for the day.
