Mrs. Rinker has been a School Counselor for 16 years.  She current serves two schools;  Moorefield Elementary and Moorefield Intermediate Schools.  She is a member of the West Virginia Education Association, American School Counselor Association, and is Vice President of the West Virginia School Counselor Association.
