Emergency Prescribed Medication Parental
Requirements
**Important Information- WVBE Policy-10.1.g-Medication Administration- requires emergency prescribed medications be available in the school building WITH a Hardy County School Medication Order form completed by both the guardian and the doctor PRIOR to attending school. ** If a student requires emergency medications, they may NOT attend school without the medication AND completed order form. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and the prompt delivery of the necessary medications to keep your child safe in school. If you have any questions, please contact your school nurse.
