About National Junior Honor Society
NJHS is a nationally recognized service group that promotes students leadership in the school and community. Students are selected by a faculty council after careful consideration of their academic record, scholarship, service, leadership, citizenship, and character.
To be eligible for NJHS, students must be in the seventh or eighth grade, have a cumulative middle school GPA of 3.5, have no more than two discipline slips for the school year, has not been suspended, or have no more than 10 unexcused absences.
